EVENT RULES AND GUIDELINES

  • Vehicles must arrive and be set up by 9:30 AM, no later than 10:30 AM.
  • No vehicles will be allowed to enter after this time for safety reasons.
  • Each vehicle will be assigned a parking space upon arrival. Please follow the instructions of event staff for parking.
  • Once parked, vehicles must remain stationary throughout the event and cannot leave until the event ends.
  • Vehicle decorations must be family-friendly and appropriate for young children. Avoid using overly frightening or gory themes.
  • All candy and treats should be pre-packaged and store-bought. No homemade treats are allowed for safety reasons.
